Bank Statement Extraction is a powerful time-saving feature. Just upload your PDF bank statement to cc:Monet, and we will extract the details from each transaction and provide the data back to you.

Upload your bank statements：

1. Click on the green UPLOAD button from left sidebar within the app, then click Statement to upload the bank statement. IMPORTANT: Please make sure the pdf only contains transactions of ONE bank account, otherwise the number check might not be right.

(If you upload a file that is an exact duplicate of one previously uploaded, cc:Monet will reject the submission to avoid unnecessary usage.)

1. After Data Extraction is done, you can click Reoncile Button to adjust the numbers.

cc:Monet will calculate each transaction (formule: balance of previous transaction +/- amount of this transaction = balance of this transaction) and mark error numbers to red.

You can check and fix this transaction by either edit number directly or insert the missing transaction above.

After all transactions are fixed and start balance/ end balance are correct. This bank statement is accurate with status “Balance Reconciled”.
