Go to Settings-Members, clicking Invite to invite members to your company. You can assign different permissions to the member.

An invitation email will be sent to invitees. If the invitee is new, after sign up using the email, the invitee will get the access to this company. If the invitee is an existing user, invitee can switch to your company clicking the company on the top right page.
