1. Upload Expenses When You Receive a Receipt
- Make sure you are in the "Personal View"
- Click "New" and choose "Expenses"
- Wait for uploading
- Check the information after uploaded
Create a Claim When You Want to Reimburse
- Select several expenses and click "Create Claim"
- Check and fill the imformation
- Submit the Claim
3. Wait for Approval in Lark
After submitting, this approval is in the Lark approval process. You can wait for your supervisor to approve.
